I’m Susan, the heart behind Transformation by Coach Susan. I’m a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, certified Personal Trainer, and women’s health coach who believes that true transformation begins with nourishing your body and strengthening your mindset.

I specialize in helping women—especially those in midlife—discover that it’s never too late to feel vibrant, strong, and deeply at home in your body. Together, we’ll quiet the noise of diet culture, fuel your body with what it truly needs, and build simple, sustainable habits that bring you energy, confidence, and joy.

A Plan Made Just for You

No cookie-cutter programs here. As your Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and coach, I’ll create a plan that fits your life, your goals, and your unique body. Together, we’ll focus on the five pillars of health—nutrition, sleep, movement, hydration, and stress management—so you feel strong, energized, and confident at any age. I’ll set macros to guide you toward your goals, but if tracking isn’t your style, that’s okay—we’ll figure out an approach that feels sustainable for you.

Personalized Coaching & Support

This isn’t about going it alone. Each week you’ll receive a personalized video check-in from me based on your progress and reflections—so you always know your next step and feel fully supported. You’ll also have access to me by email anytime. Ask questions, share wins, or talk through challenges—I’ll respond personally. Plus, we’ll connect monthly by video chat for a deeper dive into your progress, your mindset, and your goals.

Sustainable Habits for Lasting Change

My promise is to help you build habits that last—habits that fuel your body, strengthen your mindset, and create a foundation of balance and health. This isn’t about starving yourself or chasing perfection. It’s about nourishing foods, movement that makes you stronger, and strategies that work in your real life. Each week you’ll receive a simple check-in form emailed directly to you—no logins, no apps, no tech headaches. You’ll always know that I’m here—walking alongside you, encouraging you, and reminding you of your power to transform your mind and body.

💛 Membership Details: Coaching is $150/month. I recommend at least 12 weeks together to see meaningful change, but you are always free to cancel anytime.
