I’ll set macros to guide you toward your goals, but if tracking isn’t your style, that’s okay—we’ll figure out an approach that feels sustainable for you.

This isn’t about going it alone. Each week you’ll receive a personalized video check-in from me based on your progress and reflections—so you always know your next step and feel fully supported. You’ll also have access to me by email anytime. Ask questions, share wins, or talk through challenges—I’ll respond personally. Plus, we’ll connect monthly by video chat for a deeper dive into your progress, your mindset, and your goals.

💛 Membership Details: Coaching is $150/month. I recommend at least 12 weeks together to see meaningful change, but you are always free to cancel anytime.
